if purchased for ourselves, has to provide a gift satisfaction.
Returning
Merchandise to Silverjade.com
All
merchandise is fully guaranteed by Silverjade.com. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days from
the receipt of shipment in the original packaging. Return processed via
mail only. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Returned payment
or credit will be issued upon receipt of returned item to Silverjade.com
,LESS a 30% restocking fee.
All
personalized Name Jewelrys, including Name Pendants, Name Ring, Name Earring,
and all Customized, special order, worn, sized or otherwise used jewelry
are not returnable. If the product is found to be defective in materials
or workmanship, or if it needs to be replaced, we will do so with the
same product replacement. There is no restocking
fee to replace defective jewelry.
Order
Cancellation
Customers
may only cancel
the ready made merchandise product in 24 hours. Since we carry personalized jewelry, customers
cannot cancel orders after order confirmation.
